Thank you for your interest in Matthews Winery being a part of your event. Matthews and Tenor embrace the chance to give back to the community through a number of opportunities.

Please note, we require at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event date to fully process a donation. If your request is approved, you will be notified by email with pickup instructions. Due to the high volume of requests we cannot respond to every individual.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you donate if my charitable organization is not registered as a 501c3 tax-exempt organization?

No. Only non-profit organization with a 501c3 tax-exempt status will be considered.

Can you ship my donation?

No. Unfortunately, every donation must be picked up in person in our tasting room in Woodinville. We are happy to pack and ship your donation if your organization pays the shipping fees.

Do I need to make pickup arrangements?

No. Once you receive an e-mail notification, your donation is ready for pick up in our tasting room in Woodinville. Simply come by and let any tasting room associate know that you are picking up a donation and they will be able to assist you.

What are your tasting room hours for donation pick up?

You can pick up your donation in our tasting 7 days a week from noon to 5:00pm. Simply come by and let any tasting room associate know that you are picking up a donation and they will be able to assist you.

How long does it take to process a donation?
