Our Reserve Wine Club is designed for our most loyal customers and features a unique set of each of our Reserve wines. Regular shipments are selected by our winemaker and are seasonally driven so you have the best tasting wine depending on the different times of year.

Please note, you will be able to select if you would prefer to pick up or have your wine shipped to you during the sign up process.
*Reserve Red & White members: one time per year for the summer white wine release, you will be charged an additional estimated $85 for 3 bottles, $170 for 6 bottles and $306 for 12 bottles.

What does it cost to join a Wine Club?
There is no cost to join either Wine Club.
How and when will I be billed?
Matthews Winery will keep your credit card secured on file and will automatically charge your card for the wines and applicable taxes. The Reserve Wine Club will be billed 2-3 weeks prior to the release date. The Claret Club will be billed at the end of each month and the wine will be available at the beginning of the following month.
How many releases per year?
Reserve Members of our Red-only Club will receive five releases per year: Winter, Spring, Summer, Early Fall, and Late Fall. Reserve Red & White members will receive a 6th allocation of our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. Members of the Claret Club will receive an allocation once a month.
What if I want to receive some white wine?
Then please join either of our Red & White Clubs! Reserve Wine Club members will receive the Reserve Sauvignon Blanc during the Summer, and the Claret Club will receive either the Rosé or Sauvignon Blanc once a month. Reserve Wine Club members will also have the option to purchase the Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé prior to their release to the public.
How does shipping work?
If you opt for shipping, your wine allocations will be shipped directly to you. Reserve Wine Club members receive free ground shipping on all of their releases and any additional purchases of at least 3 bottles (to any locations inside our shipping network). Claret Club members receive a reduced $10 flat rate on ground shipping to CA, CO, ID, MT, OR & WA for each monthly allocation and any additional purchases of 3 bottles or more. For states outside of the $10 flat rate shipping, please inquire about your shipping cost.
How do I make changes to my membership?
You can make changes by calling the Winery at 425-487-9810, emailing our Wine Club Manager Stasha at email@example.com, texting or calling Stasha directly at 425-442-3310 or by logging into your account online. Membership cancellations must be received in writing via email.
The Fine Print
We will let you know when your credit card has been charged, what to expect in your shipment, and when to expect it. Automatic billing creates a seamless ordering process (all billing information is kept in our secure ordering system).

RESERVE WINE CLUB:
*In-network states include: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA & WA
*The following out-of-network states will be charged a flat $20 per shipment: AR, AZ, CT, DE, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NE, NJ, NM, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, WI, WV & WY
*AK and HI are shipped 2-day Air and will receive a 35% discount on shipping rates of 3 bottles or more
*Unfortunately we are unable to ship to AL, KY, MS, ND, UT & VT
Pick Up Policy
Wine Club allocations are guaranteed to be available for pick up at the Matthews Tasting Room + Farm for Matthews Reserve, Tenor and Claret Club members, and at Jaine Cottage for Jaine members for 60 days past the wine’s release date. After 60 days, if the wine is no longer available, you will have winery credit in the amount charged for your Wine Club allocation to use in selecting replacement bottles from any of the currently available wines. If you don’t think you can make it into the Tasting Room during the 60 day window, then remember that shipping of 3 bottles or more is always free for Reserve and Tenor Wine Club members with an in-network shipping address, and a $10 flat-rate for Claret Club and Jaine members. This policy applies to “pick up” allocations only. Wine Club members who choose to have their allocations shipped are always guaranteed to receive their allocation.
All wine shipments are scheduled for Ground shipping, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to temperature conditions until conditions change for favorable shipping. All members must take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if you choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended by Matthews in regards to temperature conditions. Matthews will not ship to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returned and reshipped wine. All reshipped packages will have standard shipping charges applied. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be the members responsibility. All wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older. We do not ship to states where prohibited by law.
